Delaware Council on gambling problems proudly presents “Never Enough: A Powerful Program for Lawyers and Law Students on Gambling and Other Addictions” on Wednesday, March 29 in Widener University Delaware Law School’s Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom. It is located in the Main Law Building, 4601 Concord Pike, Wilmington.

The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. with registration and a continental breakfast, and will conclude at 12:15 p.m. Program highlights include understanding disordered gambling, why gambling disorder is often referred to as the “hidden addiction,” prevalence of problem gambling and gambling addiction, trading addictions and more.

Michael J. Burke, author and motivational speaker, will serve as the event’s distinguished speaker. Burke is executive director of the Michigan Association of Problem Gamblers and his book, “Never Enough: One Lawyer’s True Story Of How He Gambled His Career Away” has been published by the American Bar Association.

Attorneys from Delaware and Pennsylvania who attend will be eligible for three continuing legal education credits including one enhanced ethics credit. New Jersey attorneys can self report for credits with a certificate of attendance.

The cost to attend is $100 and will be free for law students and faculty. Register online or download the brochure.
