Higher Education Compliance Degree

Delaware Law has established itself as a leader in legal education, including graduate-level degrees for non-lawyers.  With almost two decades of experience offering master of jurisprudence degrees in health law and corporate law, Delaware Law is now offering a degree in higher education compliance to assist the higher education professional with the laws, regulations, and policies needed for a compliance program.

The Higher Education Compliance master’s degree seeks to develop the skills and knowledge needed to function as a compliance professional within a college or university.  Compliance requirements in higher education are complex and broad. Knowledge of higher education compliance is crucial to all university members whose role is to ensure compliance in their select areas.
