Introduction to Collaboration Agreements is brought to you by the Delaware Sustainable Chemistry Alliance (DESCA) and Widener University Delaware Law School.

Many companies consider collaboration with others as a way of advancing their business goals. Introduction to Collaboration Agreements provides an overview of key items that should be considered in assessing whether to proceed with a collaboration, including a brief overview of common collaboration terms with an eye toward building an agreement and negotiation strategy, and addresses how to build for success while protecting your company in the event that the project isn’t moving forward as desired.
