Our curriculum creates a common understanding and fosters a shared experience, whatever specialty you pursue after graduation. In addition to the required curriculum of 43 hours, every student can choose at least 30 hours of elective credits.

The following serves as a guide in selecting courses.

Delaware Law School reserves the right to modify curriculum requirements and course offerings.

 

Students who complete the first two semesters of law school with a cumulative grade point average of 2.7 or above must complete the following courses in the second column. Students who complete the first two semesters of law school with a cumulative grade point average below 2.7 must complete the following following courses from the third column
