American Constitution Society Panel on Latest Supreme Court Term

Come join the American Constitution Society (ACS) as they host an all-star panel of Delaware Law professors to discuss important and interesting cases from the last Supreme Court term.
The panel will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 3:30-5:00 PM in Polishook 401. The panel will feature Professors Culhane, Conner, and Garfield, and they will provide a lively and insightful discussion of the following cases: (1) Bondi v. VanDerStok, (2) TikTok v. Garland, (3) DOGE v. Social Security Administration, and (4) Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton. There will also be a Q&A period, so come with your questions. There will be free food and refreshments as well!
