For non-matriculated students who earn a B or better in these courses, credit can later be transferred to one of our Master of Jurisprudence programs or certificates.
Online Master of Laws Programs
Delaware Law also offers an online Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Corporate Law Regulatory Analysis & Compliance for students who have already earned their juris doctor (JD) or bachelor of law (LLB) and wish to specialize in business law. Foreign-trained attorneys can complete this online legal degree with additional coursework in an introduction to the U.S. legal system.

CCB Accredited Compliance Degrees
Delaware Law has the distinction of being accredited by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) because our compliance-related degrees meet the required standards for compliance education. The CCB offers several certifications, and Delaware Law can help you achieve this professional compliance certification.
As an added value to our degree programs, students who complete CCB-accredited compliance coursework are exempt from the 1,500 hours of work experience in a compliance-related field normally required to be eligible for a CCB exam. Anti-Fraud Education Partnership
Delaware Law School has partnered with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) to offer graduate-level training and education in their 3-credit anti-fraud course, Fraud Examination.
Students are introduced to the practical methods of fraud examination, such as performing internal investigations, identifying internal fraud, detecting financial statement fraud, examining the workings of a “fraudster’s” mind, determining asset misappropriation, viewing the inside of a fraud trial, and locating hidden assets during the punishment phase.
Students enrolled in at least six credits in our MJ or certificate program are eligible for a reduced student membership rate and other discounts with the ACFE.

Master of jurisprudence (MJ) degrees are designed for non-lawyer professionals seeking an understanding of the law. Our MJ degrees focus on practical skills training in a variety of legal-related fields for those who seek to improve employment opportunities or to simply keep pace with changing regulatory requirements. Course are taught by practicing lawyers and experienced professionals.
The MJ degree consists of 30 credit hours of coursework and specialized concentrations are offered for focused studies:
- Master of jurisprudence (MJ) in corporate and business law, with a concentration in regulatory analysis & compliance.
- Dual degree: Master of jurisprudence in corporate and business law and master of business administration (MJ/MBA)
ONLINE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
