These Master of Jurisprudence programs feature opportunities for focused studies in business law including regulatory compliance, business administration, and cyber security.

For applicants with prior legal experience seeking a shorter program, we offer a graduate-level Corporate law certificate in regulatory analysis & compliance, which can be completed in less than one year.

Online Compliance Courses

If you want to explore new career possibilities in compliance or enhance current skills without committing to a structured program, we offer online enrichment courses in compliance, ethics, risk management, and financial fraud.

These compliance courses are delivered through leading-edge technology accessible 24/7, designed to support the lives of busy professionals.

Students also have the opportunity to meet with faculty one-to-one and receive access to Delaware Law School’s online library databases. This high-quality professional development will equip you for career advancement or a future master’s degree centered on compliance.

For non-matriculated students who earn a B or better in these courses, credit can later be transferred to one of our Master of Jurisprudence programs or certificates.

Online Master of Laws Programs

Delaware Law also offers an online Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Corporate Law Regulatory Analysis & Compliance for students who have already earned their juris doctor (JD) or bachelor of law (LLB) and wish to specialize in business law. Foreign-trained attorneys can complete this online legal degree with additional coursework in an introduction to the U.S. legal system.

CCB Accredited Compliance Degrees

Delaware Law has the distinction of being accredited by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) because our compliance-related degrees meet the required standards for compliance education. The CCB offers several certifications, and Delaware Law can help you achieve this professional compliance certification.

As an added value to our degree programs, students who complete CCB-accredited compliance coursework are exempt from the 1,500 hours of work experience in a compliance-related field normally required to be eligible for a CCB exam. Anti-Fraud Education Partnership

Delaware Law School has partnered with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) to offer graduate-level training and education in their 3-credit anti-fraud course, Fraud Examination.

Students are introduced to the practical methods of fraud examination, such as performing internal investigations, identifying internal fraud, detecting financial statement fraud, examining the workings of a “fraudster’s” mind, determining asset misappropriation, viewing the inside of a fraud trial, and locating hidden assets during the punishment phase.

 Students enrolled in at least six credits in our MJ or certificate program are eligible for a reduced student membership rate and other discounts with the ACFE.
