Professor Savoth started teaching at Delaware Law School in 2015. Prior to that he was Of Counsel to the Philadelphia firm of Saltz, Mongeluzzi & Bendesky where he specialized in personal injury litigation including construction accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, dram shop liquor liability and the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA). He clerked for the late Honorable James T. McDermott of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania before commencing his 30-year career as a trial lawyer. He served as Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2012. In 2015, Professor Savoth presented the first CLE in Pennsylvania to focus solely on public speaking and taught public speaking at Delaware Law School in 2016, the first time such a course had been offered at the law school.

Professor Savoth currently teaches Evidence and Pretrial Methods-Civil.
