Prominent law firms, government agencies, and major corporations hire Delaware Law graduates for the same reasons: our graduates can hit the ground running. Student Recruitment Opportunities

Delaware Law’s year-round student recruitment programs enable employers to interview students at their convenience. The process starts with employers posting their positions on our Job Board as a Resume Collect. Once students have submitted applications, we will send you their application packets. Upon selecting your applicants, you can schedule your interviews. Interviews can take place at the employer’s office, virtually or, upon request, in the law school’s Career Development Office. For your convenience, we suggest that you register online for on-campus recruiting.

Job Board

Delaware Law’s online Job Board postings are viewed by current law students and thousands of alumni who work as legal professionals. The system provides employers with access to highly qualified candidates and job-seekers with information about desirable positions. Employers can post permanent, full-time positions (entry-level or more advanced) as well as summer clerkships, part-time positions, and one-time-only research projects.
