    I understand that a BENCH & BAR CARD will allow me to check out materials designated as circulating items. These items may be checked out for a three (3) week period and, unless a hold or recall has been placed on an item,
    renewed in person or by telephone (302.477.2114) weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Patrons who have books that are more than 30 days overdue will be billed a $75 fee and a $15 fine for each missing item. Patrons will be responsible for paying only the fine once the books have been returned.
