The Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic offers the perfect opportunity!

- Work with the clinic director Prof. Sarah Everhart and other attorneys to represent not-for-profit organizations and individuals who seek to protect the environment.

- You may litigate cases involving violations of federal and state environmental laws such as the Federal Clean Water Act.

- You may pursue appeals and administrative proceedings under state and local laws, draft public comments, empower citizens to represent themselves, and perform policy research while learning and practicing the legal skills that will help you succeed after graduation.

The experience and mentorship provided by the Clinic were transformative. Throughout the semester, I gained hands-on experience, developed practical skills, and gained insight into what it takes to be an attorney.
