Delaware Law has an established dual degree program that provides students with both a U.S. LLM and an advanced foreign law degree. The dual degree program is designed for students who seek to learn U.S. corporate law in the “corporate capital” - Delaware. Delaware is renowned for its impactful case law on domestic and international business law alike.

We have growing partnerships with law schools in Spain, France, China, Brazil, India, and Turkey and continue to expand. This program offers a unique opportunity for students from around the globe to collaborate as they study U.S. and international legal issues. Our Dual Degree partnerships include:

  • University of Vale do Itajaí (UNIVALI), Brazil
  • Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL), China
  • Catholic University of Lille, France
  • Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (ICFAI), India
  • University of A Coruña, Spain
  • Bahcesehir University (BAU), Turkey

If you have attended any of these Universities as an LLM/Master 1/Master 2  you may benefit from a Dual Degree from Delaware Law and complete  your LLM degree in one semester with a University Partnership Scholarship.

International students enjoy living on the Delaware Law School campus and immersing themselves in the community and culture of a U.S. JD student, while learning valuable U.S. legal theories and issues and expertise to work at home and abroad.

International students or schools interested in a dual degree partnership with Delaware Law School may contact Assistant Dean and Executive Director of the Graduate & Compliance Programs, Eileen Grena-Piretti, JD, RN, at [email protected] or 302-477-2008.
