I.D. Cards

Identification Cards

All community members, staff, faculty, and students are required to carry their identification cards at all times. In order to prevent trespassers from entering law school grounds and facilities, all community members are required to display his or her identification card upon request of a law school official.

New Law Students

You will have an opportunity to get your ID card picture taken during orientation week. Campus Safety will be available to take pictures on the first floor of the Law Building. Cards will be printed by Campus Safety. Cards must then be activated by Media Services.

Returning Law Students

Replacement ID cards can be issued at our office in Concord Hall.

Graduate Programs, University College, and LEI

Students in these programs should see their program representative who will coordinate with Campus Safety for a time to have their ID card pictures taken.

Replacement ID Cards

There is a $25.00 fee for ID cards that need to be replaced.

Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

*If you need an ID card outside normal operating hours, please ask the front desk officer if an ID card operator is on duty or contact x 2200 to make an appointment.
