Environmental Law Career Panel

The Environmental Law Society would like to invite you to an Environmental Law Career Panel on Monday, April 7, from 6pm–7:30 pm. The panel will consist of three Delaware Law School alumni and will allow students to learn and ask questions about practicing environmental law. Please RSVP for the panel by clicking here.
The panelists are:
- Lori Sanders is the current Chief Environmental Counsel at Dupont. The following is taken from her LinkedIn profile: “I lead a team of lawyers who partner with cross-functional global teams to advise on issues affecting our operations, customers and business partners. We play an integral role in executing strategic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, such as the recent deals with Celanese, TJC, Rogers, Laird, and Spectrum. As a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional, I leverage my project management skills to deliver innovative and effective solutions for DuPont and its customers. My mission is to enable my internal clients to deliver value in our fast-paced, results-oriented environment while upholding DuPont's core values and reputation.”
- Mark Wendaur works at Offit Kurman. Mark represents clients in domestic and foreign transactions involving commercial real estate and energy (both renewable and nonrenewable). His work in these areas includes acquisitions, sales, land use & zoning, financing, leasing, development, and joint ventures. He is also known for his curative title and certified tile opinion work often required when undertaking new energy development projects.
- Patrick DeArmey works for the Chesapeake Legal Alliance. Patrick focuses on environmental enforcement and leads matters involving water quality, water resource protection, and water permitting. He represents clients in litigation and conducts pollution investigations and compliance sweeps through CLA’s Environmental Action Center. As a CLA staff attorney, he brings experience with the Clean Water Act, administrative law, and environmental permitting to all of his enforcement work.
