Delaware Law admits transfer applicants who, after successful completion of one full year of law school, are in good academic standing and are generally in the top third in their law school class. If you wish to transfer, submit a certified law school transcript, your law school class rank, and a letter of good standing. You may receive academic credit for up to 30 credit hours of prior law coursework completed with a grade of C or better.
Visiting (transient) applicants may be admitted as non-matriculating students. Submit a certified transcript, letter of good standing, and letter of permission from your law school.
