Eileen Grena is the Assistant Dean and Executive Director of the office known as GICLS at Widener University Delaware Law School. GICLS stands for Graduate, International, Compliance and Legal Studies. Dean Grena graduated from American University with a B.S. in Political Science and a Minor in Biology. She graduated from Widener University School of Law with a J.D. and continued her academic career by obtaining a Bachelor Science in nursing from the University of Delaware. Dean Grena previously was Assistant Counsel for Jeanes Hospital of Philadelphia, the Mental Health/Mental Retardation County Solicitor at the Chester County Mental Health Court, and an Arbitration Judge for Chester County. She lectures in the area of health care compliance and currently sits on the board of advisors for Christiana’s Hospital’s Compliance and Ethic’s Board.
Ms. Manelski graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in 1970 and has been employed by Delaware Law School for 32 years. For the past 21 years she has worked in the Legal Studies Department where she enjoys working with students on a daily basis. Ms. Manelski processes all applications to the Legal Studies Program and makes sure students reach the required number of credits for graduation.
