Delaware Law to Honor Graduates at Upcoming Commencement Ceremony

In celebration of the achievements of the graduates of December 2021, May 2022 and August 2022, the commencement ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 20, on the lawn in front of Geesey House and Polishook Hall. Graduates should report to the Law Building by 12:30 p.m. Guest seating does not require a ticket; all seating is first-come, first-served. Saving seats prior to the ceremony by marking chairs is prohibited; signs on chairs will be removed.

The commencement ceremony will be broadcast live online for family and friends who will not be able to attend in-person. The webcast will begin streaming at least five minutes before the event begins. A link will be available on the Delaware Law homepage. The ceremony will be broadcast into the Law Building and Polishook Hall.

We received notice this morning that the State of Delaware is now in high Covid transmission, according to the CDC Covid Data Tracker.

Masks will be required indoors at Delaware Law School today while students and faculty are robing for Commencement.

No one will be permitted inside without a mask.  Masks will be available if you do not have one.

Masks are not required outdoors.

No handshakes will be exchanged on the platform when graduates are receiving diplomas.
