Delaware Law School's Global Environmental and Natural Resources Law Institute and North-West University (Potchefstroom, South Africa) will be co-sponsoring a Judicial Workshop on Environmental Rights in Pretoria, South Africa on Friday, April 15. The Workshop will take place at the University of Pretoria Hatfield Campus Law Building's Moot Court Room. The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is also a sponsor for the workshop.
The workshop has two goals: (1) To provide both practical and theoretical grounding in the implementation of environmental and (2) To serve as the springboard for the development of training materials that will be available for judges at all levels, globally.
